This six strand Valdani hand- overdyed floss is wonderful to work with and is available in a ten yard skein. The rich, deep tones range from dark gray to charcoal. This floss is used in for the lettering in many Nutmeg Hare designs including the lettering in "The Stirring Mouse".  What fun!

Nutmeg Hare seems to be drawn to the colors of Autumn and "Old Brick" easily fits into the Fall color palette...But then again, it also fits into the palettes of Winter with primitive Santa, or Spring with fiery flowers, or even Summer with Old Glory waving in the wind. I guess that means it's a keeper.
