Nutmeg Hare loves old quilts (but really does have a difficult time cutting into them)...however occasionally it happens. Thus this vintage quilt tree emerged...It is made using an old handsewn quilt piece that truely has an aged appeal. It is embellished with vintage lace pieces and vintage creme colored buttons, straight from "grandma's button jar". Measuring 15 inches from the glass base to the top of the rusty star, this tree would make a beautiful piece to display.

Nutmeg Hare not only loves to stitch...sewing and bringing dolls to life is also a passion.  Here we have "Toy Store Annie" who  wishes to be adopted.  She is an adorable handmade raggedy, 19 inches in length.  Her sweet cotton dress features children's toys; so it only seems fitting that  in her hands you will find  a vintage style firetruck toy and an antique wooden block.  Annie has two vintage buttons attached to her dress front and a lace collar which may have just been crocheted by one of our ancestors.   Her shoes have been painted and sanded for the time worn look.  Pig tailed "Toy Store Annie" is now ready and excited to pack her bags for the trip to her new home with you!
