The "Showers bring Flowers" kit includes 3 Valdani perle cotton balls, 4 Finca perle cotton balls, 2 DMC perle cotton balls, 4 DMC embroidery floss skeins, 1 Cosmo embroidery floss skein, 7 beautiful Cosmo Nishikiito metallic floss spools,1 Rustic Wool Moire thread spool, and last but not least, the handy pigma pen for tracing your verse onto fabric. 
The only other threads you will need are the flosses to match your woolen pieces when stitching to the background wool. These are not included as these would vary depending on your woolen selection.
